In November, the district authorities announced the inauguration of Veerathuravi Rama Gopalan in Nanganallur, Kanchipuram district.It was initially a women's wing of the Hindu Munnani, which was introduced by the heroic Rama Gopalan as the Hindu Mothers Munnani.The Hindu Mothers' Munnani thus started was later expanded to all parts of Tamil Nadu. Awareness is created among mothers through the Hindu Mothers Munnani.

The public is integrated through pujas for spiritual growth. The women conduct weekly cultural classes to inculcate Hindu education in the culture of the students in their respective areas

This creates patriotic and godly families. Proselytizing gangs are being stopped by mothers fighting against proselytizing. Family is important in Hindu society. Families are women-centered. Awareness of women will bring about change in the society.
